Making sure your brakes are working properly is probably the single most important maintenance task for a home mechanic. Being able to stop effectively is key to riding safely - so you need to make sure your brake pads have enough life left in them for your next ride. In this video, Alex shows you how to remove and install your brake pads (both disc, and rim), so you can stop safely.
